 As a Customer Support Specialist, I love helping people, I have to be able to put  myself in the customers' shoes and remain helpful, patient, positive and cheerful.

I can't deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face. Respond promptly to customer inquiries. And also I can't handle and resolve customer complaints, obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries, provide pricing and delivery information, perform customer verification's, set up new customer accounts, process orders, forms, applications, and requests. And I can organize workflow to meet customer time frames  and unresolved issues to the designated resource.

 

As a Customer Support Services, I'm knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with relevant computer applications, social media platforms, administrative procedures, numeric, oral and written language applications and product knowledge.
